Terms of Use for Bityew

These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the services and products offered by Bityew. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 To use Bityew's services, including corporate accounts, you must be at least 18 years old or, if under the age of majority, have the consent of a legal guardian. We recommend that minors use the services only with proper supervision.

1.2 Bityew reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication of the new terms. Continued use of the services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Bityew provides services such as YewMail, YewDrive, YewVault, and YewMe, which include but are not limited to email storage, file storage, password management, notes, tasks, calendars, and contacts. All of our services follow a zero-knowledge security policy to protect user information.

3. Account Creation

3.1 To use our services, you will need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Prohibitions

4.1 It is strictly prohibited to modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or in any other way alter our products and services, whether by third-party tools or any other method.

4.2 It is prohibited to use our services for illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, and violation of copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Bityew shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services.

7.1 Bityew reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.

7.2 Upon termination of your account, your data may be deleted from our systems after a reasonable period.

8.1 These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the country where Bityew is registered.
